Terms & Conditions NTC11 – Terms of Use Agreement for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

1Acceptance of NTC11 Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the online betting platform NTC11 which can be accessed via the website ntc11.ws and its associated mobile applications ("Platform"). This agreement is governed between you ("User" or "Member") and NTC11 ("Company", "we", "us").

3NTC11 Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) NTC11 account at all times. Opening or attempting to open an additional account is a violation of these terms, regardless of whether a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method is used.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring your account information is accurate, up to date, and complete at all times.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• All activities carried out through your account, whether by you or by any other party with or without your authorisation.
• Notify NTC11 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

NTC11 is not liable for any losses resulting from password sharing or your failure to secure your login credentials. In the event of a dispute over account ownership, NTC11 reserves the right to freeze the account until the matter is resolved to our satisfaction.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

NTC11 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods exclusively for users in Malaysia:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, via FPX
• DuitNow: Instant transfer to a registered phone number or account number

5Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by NTC11 subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions that apply to all NTC11 bonuses are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only who have never previously registered an NTC11 account.
• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be played through the required rollover before withdrawals are permitted. The standard rollover requirement is 10x–25x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the conditions are fulfilled.

Bets placed on Live Casino markets count at 100% towards the casino rollover, but do not count towards sports bonus rollovers, and vice versa.

6Betting Rules & Policy

All bets placed through the platform NTC11 subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and non-reversible unless NTC11's system acknowledges a technical error.
• NTC11 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet on reasonable grounds, including suspected fraud, match-fixing, or suspicious activity.
